Poetic Buttonfront
Classic blouse is a unique style with cascading rows of pintucks and bead accents on the button-front opening. Tiny sequins shimmer along the fabric. The blouse is beautiful - I love the detailing. However, the roll-up sleeves, one of the reasons I bought this style, are way too tight - careless design for a plus size garment.

I found this blouse to be true to size. I wear a 2X in clothing from Catherine's. If you wash the blouse before wearing the fabric is not scratchy as others have commented, also there are buttons on the cuff of the sleeve that need to be unbuttoned before trying the blouse on. This is why the sleeve is tight. Just unroll and unbutton. I love the blouse and will try to find the white one in my local store since it is sold out in my size online. Love the wine color.

I liked this is the store, and ordered it on-line when it was discounted. The fabric is too scratchy and the sleeves fit snuggly. Not the comfort and style I have become accustomed to with Catherines garments, so I returned it to the store.

I was disappointed that this blouse wasn't as roomy as other button up blouses plus the sleeve cuffs were so tight, I couldn't even put my arm all the way through the sleeve. It might work in a size larger but I'll only go that route if they have the blouses in stock at the store when I return them (I don't want to have to pay return postage and I'd like to see if I can just exchange them). The decorations on the sleeve flap are pretty but a bit too glitzy for my taste. Fortunately I have the option of not using the tabs which I'll probably do if I'm able to find a good fit in a larger size.
