Three-In-One Versatile Jacket
Keep comfortable all year-round with this stylish, three-in-one jacket! For lightweight warmth, zip off the fleece lining. For winter weather, wear both the silky outer jacket with the soft, cushioned lining. Then, when it gets a little warmer, try just the fleece lining as a cozy jacket. Includes a removable, button hood and zipper opening with velcro closures. Complete with side hip pockets and fitted long sleeves. Catherines jackets are styled exclusively for the plus size woman.

I bought this just in time for the cold weather. The fit was excellent, just the right length, and it kept me real warm as I took a walk on the beach in 25 degree weather with the wind blowing at 30 miles per hour. I never felt cold.....when I lifted the collar up it created warmth to most of my face. It was great. This week here in the NE has been extremely cold. Just a great jacket for this very cold, windy weather.

Cons: too heavy
This is a top quality coat . I believe it will last for years. I loved this coat but had to return it because it was so heavy. I got tired just picking it up and looking it over when I received it. If you were to wear it for cold weather you will really be carrying 3 coats at one time.

Velcro closure not good

This jacket has a front zipper and velcro closures. If you're all bundled up it's fine but if your jacket is open there could be trouble. I've had both a scarf and a sweater stick to the velcro and it's very difficult to un-stick. Also, does not look attractive when open.
