I like this blouse!

I purchased this blouse in a Catherine's store, and it's become a favorite. It is cotton, which I love, and it's comfortable in both cool and warm weather. It's a loose fit and I could wear a smaller size, but I bought it for comfort. It washes well, and I tumble it briefly, then hang it to dry. It could be worn as-is after line drying, but I prefer the sharper look I get when I press it. I will take it along on a trip to Portugal this summer and will wash it by hand if need be. I think it will dry quickly and be wearable without ironing. The blouse gets a little pizazz from the sequin trim, and I like the color. I did make a point to buy a blouse that had blue/turquoise/black in the collar rather than the chartreusey yellow. That might be a problem with buying this item online.

I ordered this top along with 3 others and love them all EXCEPT for one thing - this shirt is advertised as being cotton/polyester/ spandex material when the one I received states on the label it is 100% cotton??? I learned many years ago not to buy any clothing that is 100% cotton due to shrinkage and wrinkling. Love the top but disappointed in the incorrect description - I've worn it once, washed it (didn't dry in dryer) and it's VERY wrinkled. :( I just won't wear it very often I guess.........

Lovely summer shirt with cute shimmering sequins

I just received this shirt with my very first Catherine's order and it far exceeded my expectations. In fact, I loved every one of the five shirts I ordered. This is a very lightweight cotton top that has not-highly-obvious, yet eye catching shimmery sequins sown onto it. The shirt is a bit more form-fitting than I prefer (I like really loose fitting shirts) but it still fits quite nicely and will be a great addition to my summer attire. I washed & dried it on a casual/gentle setting and there was little, if any, shrinkage. I am 5'5", 205-210 lbs and ordered the 1X. I am looking forward to wearing it for a long time to come. Catherine's has great quality products!

Tight in Bust Area

I have a large bust and this top is not very flattering. Really dislike when the buttons pull apart in that area. I have bought several blouses from Catherine's which fit perfectly and this one needs an additional inch . The tags are still on the blouse. I ordered it online and I really want to return it to the local store.
