buy a size up but cup down

This bra is a little larger in cup area but smaller around in the band, if you are usually a D, get a C and if you are usually a 44, get a 46. It does lift the girls which is good but its not the most comfortable bra.

I feel very comfortable in these bras. There is no cutting into my skin any more. I went to the bra fitting session and it was wonderful to actuall get my correct size.

I had read several bad reviews on this bra, but decided to try it anyway myself when it went on sale. The truth is, we are all different and everything does not fit everybody. However this bra fits me. Wears well, washes well in lingerie bag, and holds up the tired girls. I have even forgotten I had it on. That the best compliment I can give any bra.

Not happy with this one!

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ONE! Watch out for this bra! It looks like it’s a great bra until you try it on. I ordered my normal size online; once I received them (bought 4) they puckered really badly. I decided to try a smaller cup size so I returned the 4 and bought 4 more. When those came in, they didn’t fit any better. Exasperated, I found a Catherine’s near me and went in the store determined to try on every bra they carried until one fit. After trying on the bra I was returning and showing the sales lady what was going on. We figured out that it’s because the underwire for each cup, comes together to form the middle but the fabric is not sewn to the wires. This causes the cups to pucker and after moving around – makes you look like you got a uniboob. Luckily the lady at the store helped me find 2 styles of bras in my normal size that worked perfect! They are comfortable and make the girls look GREAT… according to my husband. This bra is a major fail for me.

I love the lift, but the straps could be wider and padded. Let;s face it, if you are a full figure, your shoulders pay the price for holding things up in place. You need the extra support~!

While I really like the style of this bra (and have bought similar bras from Lane Bryant, the cup size on these bras seem smaller. Therefore, I would recommend that you order up one size.

I bought this bra in the size I am in every other bra. I couldn't even get it done up. I can get 2 hooks but the other 2 won't hook, It is almost like the hooks are too big or too long to hook in. I have bras in this size and smaller which fit fine but this one is insane. I hate it

I had this bra before, and loved it, but there was some things I would of changed, but when searching for the Perfect Bra and had to come back to this one and when I did..., the things I would of changed, were changed!! The side straps are wider and cover much more and the shoulder straps stay up on my shoulders so much better...... I cant say how important it is to find a comfortable bra that also flatters this heavy set chick!!!

I cannot explain exactly how wonderful this bra fits, but I feel cocooned, supported, and best of all, uplifted, youthful and oh-so-curvy! This is the first bra I've ever found that fits exactly right. I am busty with a wide ribcage and broad shoulders. Most "support" bras might lift up, but also out, and this one lifts straight up with awesome side support that makes my breasts feel weightless. The molded cups completely nullify large nipple poke-though, which is such a welcome benefit. I wish this came in more colors and finishes.

This bra, along with 2 other styles I purchased from Catherines are the MOST uncomfortable bras I have EVER owned. They rub, they slide up, they have to be adjusted constantly, they are horrible.

I purchased this bra several times. What I did find once I purchased the 3rd one is that one should go up a band size if rolling is occuring and/or strap problems.That should help alot. I like that I can wear this bra under tshirts and look nice all the way around. It would be good if this bra came where you could snap it in the front.

I am 38 years old and have always worn soft cup bras - until now! This bra is exremely comfortable and gives me the added support that I need. I cannot believe how much better my tops/sweaters etc look on me when wearing this bra! 5 stars!
